Motor Controller Output Regulator. A dealer can test this for you in about 5 minutes to see if it still going to 100 percent. If it is not, you will lose a little top end speed.

I have a 2006 cart. My tire pressure is way above the Max is 8 PSI x. I am at 26 PSi to get the cart to run top speed.

Ok I went from 10 psi to 20 PSI I got 1 MPH little more ruff on the ride. I have noticed with the new Tojans the first time I press the pedal it takes off really fast. Also it feels like it has more torq, but after about 2 mins. it feels like it just sluggish, but it stays at 18 mph.

once the batts are broke in you,ll notice the difference beleive me on some carts its like wow is this the same cart........i did an E-Z go a few years back and the 1st dozen charges it was a dog i even had the owner starting to question it but than all of a sudden from one charge to the next this cart was like it took viagara man it just plain flew....................................
