Press the pedal and tell me how many green blinks before it goes solid please. Do you get any any RED flashes?

That throttle box in picture 4, it looks unique, I don't believe I have seen that before. What kinda is it? We could be on to something with the way the controller is programmed in conjunction with that throttle.

2 questions, 1st take a good look at that shot of the controller with all the wires mounted......is that stud thats holding the cable with the yellow tape the bolt is it touching the one with the blue tape? if so thats not good is it......2nd and this may not mean anything but that really looks like an E-Z controller.....again may not mean nothing but just in case......i,m interested in if that bolt is touching the other cable just enough...............

Looks like the bolt is running behind the blue wire not touching, but that is something to double check, and second... An AXE is an AXE when they get to 500 amp and higher they are all the same. Just programmed differently for your throttle.

Still need my two questions answered, that does not look like a stock pot box and that need to know how many blinks you get on start up.

Totally agree with it touching... The reason I am asking about the pot is that if it's different from what the controller is programmed for , this condition will happen.

I went back out to the cart and when i put the lever in reverse, i get 7 green blinks and then turns to solid green but if i push the pedal all the way down, it turns red. When i put the lever in forward, all i get is blinking red. The wheels still turn just a little bit when it is in reverse but it does not move at all when it is in forward. And one more thing, the potentiometer is the factory club car, i just have the cover off of it
