Default club car iq problem

ok, let me start from day 1, we were riding behind my house through the woods, very slow, the cart quit moving, i switched it off for about 2 minutes, then it started back going, i assume thermal overload shut it down. i get the cart out today and it seems to be lacking on power, seems to be slowing down alot on hills, checked all cables, they are tight, clean, and are not getting hot, but the motor seems to be very hot, also i check total pack voltage and it is fine, individual battery voltage is fine, i also checked each cell and they are fine, could someone point me in the direction to start checking?

if you look thur the threads theres a test to check to see if speed sensor is acting up.....its a simple test just pushing the cart by hand find that test and try it ......seems these sensors are an issue............................
