Thanks guys, very helpful. After a 16 hour charge, the next charge did cause the charger to auto-shutoff. However, the amp meter never goes above 10. I am not at the cart now, but I will check the batteries -- are they always 200 amp batteries?? Is that standard?

Thanks for this guys. I did two back to back 16 hour charges, and now things seem to have settled in. I'm usually about 12 hours now for a charge, and the charger shuts off. However, my amp meter never goes above even 5, and slowly drops to zero before shutting down, but I seem to be getting a good charge. Cables are all tight, and I checked all batteries -- 6.4 volts with a full charge. Perhaps the meter is just not reading properly. I have yet to try a different charger, but I will just to see what the meter reads.

Also, based in what I read in the article on batteries on this forum, I am plugging in when parked as much as I can, even if it's only a few minutes, with an overnight charge each night.

I think there is something wrong with your charger..... Can you find another 36v charger that will plug into your cart? Just to see if it goes higher and runs for a shorter time?
