toggle switch on 1996 DCS
Hello again... when i am finished using my golf cart and i plug it in to charge the cart. do i have to flip the tow/maint. switch on the cart while it is being charged??? I have always flipped the switch before i charge it. I guess i am just making sure if i charge it in run mode will it be ok??

There is no need to switch the Run/Tow switch to recharge the batteries.
Switch the switch to TOW before doing any electrical work on the cart and before Towing or pushing the cart. |

Wow!!! tahnks so much... I have been lifting the seat and flipping the switch for years to charge the cart.. Thanks again... about a year ago.. I bought a new alltrax controller pkg from you it is the 400... is it big enough for me to go to 48 v? just asking for future reference... Thanks again...

Yes it is ! Those controls operate on 36 to 48 volts.
Now that you are saving steps try washing your pants without taking em off - you might want to wait for warmer weather for that one. |
