Default Need advice for a new project cart.

I am out of ideas for my RXV so need some advice. I am thinking I want a limo cart style 2 rows of seats forward and then a bed where normally a 3rd seat would be. If electric I am thinking a minimal 72 volt set up. And gas be a big block or atv engine. I need a summer project as I have no school. Also I love my ezgo but am not partial to them so any make model advice would be appreciated. So please let me know what base cart you would start with. It will be a light lift cart used for property work also.

Hmmm maybe I should drop my wifes CC Villager 6 limo on a custom frame built off a Polaris 6x6.
