GE Motor & Rear Axle w/ High speed gear from 1995 CC
I have a GE D380 motor that I have run on my cart, then put it on the shelf. It ran fine, but I want more of a speed/torque motor since I use my cart off road more than on. I also have a D&D torque motor, but I'm going to keep that one and I figured someone else may have a good use for this one. I did clock my cart at 26 mph with this in it along with my couple year old batteries.
The guy I bought the cart from put the silicone on the seam for some reason. It doesn't really do much other than make it look a little goofy. I'll take $300 shipped to your door. I also have a Kawasaki rear axle assembly (pig, gear, axles and brakes) with a high speed gear that I took out of my cart to replace with one that had a stock gear. It was easier and cheaper to replace the entire rear axle than the gear. I'll ship this to your door for $275. If you only want the gear, I could ship just the pig and save you a couple bucks on shipping. |

Sorry about the delay, I was camping this weekend and didn't have any reception.
The "blue gunk" is silicone that the guy I bought the cart from installed. He said he thought it might help protect the motor better where the two halves come together. Like I said above, I don't think it does much other than make it look a little goofy. I could peel it off and post a couple more pics if you want. When I bought the cart, it came with two motors and I installed the torque motor for my use. This motor ran just fine in my cart and is pretty fast, but I want torque over speed for my hunting cart. |
