You never answered my question in post 14 . Did you remove the cover over rear axle to even check the washer I mentioned ?

There is no cover or no washer.

Could you upload a picture of it ? You can also disconnect the cable on the rear and see if the cable is binding when you pull on it

Pictures are attached. I disconnected the one cable from the back and it work freely with no binding, so my problem is in the other cable that connects to flapper and ball on the carb

The cup washer is what I was referring to in one of the later posts. I show it in picture with red arrow.

They break sometimes and will make your linkage not work correct. It snaps in tight to hold one end of governor spring.

Yours is good and still in place. Sounds like you need a new cable.

You also got that governor spring compressed pretty good.

How fast will it run ? I own a cart just like yours and believe it or not the governor spring has never been messed with. Cover is still riveted on like came from the factory. Mine will run about 15 MPH with 22x11x10 tires on it.

Yeah the governor spring is pressed really good lol. What’s the factory setting on that? It came like that. I managed to get the cable working enough to get by until the new one gets here. Cart still isn’t 100%. Need to test out some electrical stuff before I send it out to get worked on. I use it everyday to keep having issues and chasing problems. After my rebuild I got 22mph out of it down the road. Not sure what it will do now. Always been very peppy off the line.
