Where to purchase Roypow?

I live in Andros Bahamas and I contacted Roypow to see which battery I needed to fit my cart and they just said that they do not sell to customers only to Golf Cart shops. "Chris, we never sold the battery for end customers, all the batteries should be installed by a golf cart shop, bcz safety is quite important, it is a little dangerous of the installation."

Does anyone have any shops or online sites that they would recommend where I could purchase the Roypow batteries? Florida would be the closest to me.

They have a local dealer in Lakeland FL it’s on their website. I would try calling them.

Edit: not dealer but a US based office in Lakeland.

I saw that but it doesn't seem like they want to ship to a person only dealers. I'll give them a try though.

I think he is suggesting to call them to get list of dealers that will ship to you

So after getting a hold of Roypow they recommended a dealer for me but he was no help and pretty discouraging. see below. Anyone ever deal with this place?

That sounds like a lame excuse unless there's other details were not aware of here. Age of the cart has ZERO to do with the type of battery used. My carts 21 years old using lithium power for a couple of years now.

Exactly my point. The cart currently runs fine. I'm prepared to put in the work and about 4-5k into it. I bought it as a project to fix up and upgrade and this guy was basically like don't bother. I guess he doesn't want the business....

Agree doesn't make sense.
There is one shop that sells on ebay. Not sure if they will ship it out of USA but you may check.

Do you have a name or a link? I live in the Bahamas but it's on a navy base so I still have a United States address. I haven't had any issues with things shipping here. Just takes longer.
