just create a 12v series out of two of the batteries. Start at one positive, then follow to the next batteries negative.

I figured as much...

Any thoughts on a speed/torque upgrade? It looks pretty expensive from buggies unlimited...

A 48v conversion is incredible on a Fleet TXT. You keep your stock motor and upgrade other items. The stock motor will handle the 48v, no problem.

I'd like to stay with 36 volts for now. I just purchased new batteries a month ago!

What manufacturers do you like?

I purchased the trojan replacement batteries.

I suppose I could try to sell them. If I did, I would upgrade controller, wiring, solenoid, etc?

I was trying to keep the upgrade cost down, are there any good sources out there for used motors, controllers, etc?

You could add 2 more 6v batts easily enough....

Anything is possible. Decide what you want the cart to do, then go for it!

Alltrax makes great controllers.

"Holy crap" That's what I initially thought when I saw this pic!

A few questions:

Do you have a fleet motor?
Did you upgrade your battery wiring to 4 guage?
Did you have to do anything with your reversing switch?
Did you put on a new soilenoid?
Did you get a controler around 500 amps?
Did you pick up some speed? If so, how fast are you running now?
Did you pick up some torque? If so, 10% or so?
