Dunno. Thats a ParCar? Must be a fairly late 4 stroke model with a transmission?

Re: What kind of clutch and driven do I have
The green springs yield a lower engagement rpm. The 780 is at the top of the comet line. Alas clutches really don't change the top end speed. You need either larger diameter wheels or high speed gears or of course an engine than can turn more rpms. Running a better belt can give a few mph adjusted properly.

Re: What kind of clutch and driven do I have
The greens just allows the pulley to move to its end point easier resulting in a faster shift over. The diameters of the pulleys determine both ends of the ratio change meaning the lowest gear is the lowest gear and the highest gear is the highest gear. Changing the springs and weights just alters at what rpm this happens.
