Default Timer Relay and OBC?

Good morning? I have an '04 IQ cart and have a question or two. My cart quit charging. I found the receptacle fuse was blown and replaced it. I can bypass the OBC and the cart will still not charge. I can bypass the timer relay also and the cart will charge but not if the OBC is not bypassed also.
Does it sound like they are both bad or is there something else that could be the problem? The OBC is new (about 6 weeks old). What could i have done to screw this one up?

Any help is appreciated!!

Ok, i have some more info now. I have almost full pack voltage from the + to the - at the female charge receptacle(50.7v-full pack is 50.. When my OBC went out before, I had a lot less than there was across the pack. Could just the timer relay be causing the problem?

Thanks.

yes, it was working fine until the other day and i just thought it was probably that receptacle fuse. Apparently not, though.

The best way to really check this, is try your charger on another working cart. Or
try a friends known working charger on yours. Most shops will do this test for free !
