Jacking up the cart isn't a big deal so if it will yield better results I'll certainly do it. I think I'll probably order an O-Ring for the valve cover just to be on the safe side. I think my kids will have a collective heart attack if the cart is out of service for more than a couple of hours :) Thanks again for all your help.

Just wanted to say thanks again for the help. Used all the tips to do the tune up and used the instructions I found on here to do the valve adjustment. Cart is running like a top! You guys are the best!
