G29 runs without engine stop relay

hi!
I have a g29 which stops something suddenly and then runs again normally, I did now the engine stop relay test, which is described in the G29 work shop manual on page 290. the blue and the black wire have all time continuity, it's described, if it's showing continuity after starting the engine, you should change the relay. But I changed it with a new relay, and it's the same.
Also, the buggy is working without engine stop relay??
it's a G29 from 2012 with only 30 hours on the clock.
