Pretty slick little device. So far i give it 2 thumbs up. It records mileage to the nearest 1000th of a mile. For example since sunday ive put 19.348 miles on it. There is like a 30 second battery saver feature where the rest of the display will go blank except for the clock. It uses a common hearing aide style battery. The battery at cvs and walgreens cost more than the entire unit. Go figure.

What's really amazing is that there is a 99.999994521% chance that the thousandths digit of the reading is accurate.

Mine will hopefully be here tomorrow BUT I don't think there is room on the Yamaha G14 spindle to mount the sensor.May have to come up another way to make this work. Stay tuned.

The sensor can be mounted in two directions. And its about 1" long and a little bigger than a number 2 pencil but smaller than a sharpie marker. Im sure you can get it to work. Mine is still going strong. Over 60 miles on it so far.

Did one of these a few years back. If you use a more powerful magnet, you don't have to worry about the clearance as much. I also mounted mine on the back side of the spindle, because that cart got used out in the woods alot. Kept it from getting ripped off.
