Nothing wrong with being a Ohio State fan, I live in Jersey and I am a Dolphins Fan. Cart looks great.

The latches are called spring loaded t handle draw latches. They come in different configurations at essentracomponents.com. Look at items HH361 and HH362.

It's homemade it been while since I made I'll have to measure. Did you see the roof latches??
