EZGO TXT switched 12v

I was wondering if there was a way to have a switched 12v wire coming from key ignition (i.e. radio only turns on when key is in the on position).
Here is a wiring diagram if that helps never could read one myself.

Is MS 3 your pedal micro switch?

Looking at the diagram, I would say no, you can't do that. The key switch gets power from MS 3.


I circled in red where I would have hooked it up, but if you look at where the power comes from the battery, the MS 3 switch is in the way. Seems like a backwards design.

Those little chevron arrows are plug connections.

I think you can use a 4 post switch from the electric TXT.
It is a 3 position switch for accessories.

That's kinda of what I thought do you think it would be possible to reverse that circuit so the ignition switch came first then tap the green wire?

The 2 strokes are wired to have the key right after the fuse

You could do it, but I have no idea what your skill level is with wiring.

You could switch the red, and blue wires, and then tap into the green for your radio. You would probably have to add extensions to reach.
