EZGO TXT slow to start
takes about 5 seconds for it to get started when you press the gas down. Would that be from the spark plug being old?

If the battery is weak it could give the same symptoms. Check the battery strength, clean the cable connections, both ends +/-, and check valve adjustment. If you haven't changed the plug in awhile do so. They are only a few bucks.

I disconnected the stock lights and added a light bar. Also have a 4 channel amp running off battery.

Not sure why your electrical accessories are relevant. Unless you have them running while you are trying to start the engine.
