Which motor do you have? I just remembered I have an entire armature from one of hose motors laying around...

I believe that is the motor I have an Armature assembly for. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for.

I kind of feel like it would be smarter for me to just buy a new one

Might be the best idea. Let me know if you need it in the future.

Also, there are no "chips" for Yamaha, anyone selling such is a scammer. Selling stuff that won't do more than hasten death of your motor. But, if they have shrimp, beer, and real Mexican food with their "chips", please forward their email..........I will fully investigate. But, yeah, no chips with Yamaha.

What's the Japanese version of shrimp coctails?

Dont think it was a chip. It was a Yamaha dealer that did it. It might of been a reprogramming or something but it was $100

DS - did you end up replacing the motor? My cart is starting with similar-sounding issues and would like to get in front of it.
