1985 rear axle
My 1985 gas club car has oil on drivers side rear brake. I remove tire and find axle loose with a up and down motion. I pulled the axle and found the bearing ok but the inner race of the bearing worn into the axle shaft. Its a fuji axle according to a local club car dealer but they don't make it anymore. I would love to find a good used axle but haven't had any luck yet.

Re: 1985 rear axle
Funny I had the same problem on my 1985 electric. Seems a few these old CC axles have this problem. Anyway I would not buy a used axle unless you can go and look at it. I bought a used one for $100 and it it no better than my old axle.Id take the axle to a machine shop and have them fix it. Just my $.02.
