There... now we have something to go on!!!

IMO, I think the problem is with the starter / generator, not the micro's!
(The large white wire supplies the main cranking power for the s/g)

I don't remember how test it, you should use the "search" button on the second blue bar,
just under "Welcome Pinky48" and type in starter/generator,
the info is there... you'll just have to do some reading, unless someone chimes in first!

Another option would be to buy a service manual and do a little "throne" reading.
If you're gonna keep the cart and service it yourself, it would be your best money spent and best source of info and it has picture too!

Or pull the S/G and take it to a starter shop for test/repair. Keep us posted.

im with him i just looked in my book and there are 35 pages for electrical that address all of the systems and how to test them i thought i would scan the info you might need but my scanner isn't that fast and it will take hours to scan that many pages....... sorry i tried

Thanks anyway. I took the starter off and its a hitachi, Is that bad or good? Go to see if i can get it rebuilt today. Where can i buy a service manuel?

It doesn't matter what brand it is because, right now... your cart isn't running!

And do your wallet a favor... Have your s/g tested first, before you ask them to rebuild it!
ya' just never know!

Got my cc run. Previos owner installed a 36v solenoid instead of a 12v. Shorted out the micro switchs and s/g. My son isn,t give it a rest.
