voltage regulator is it burning up my starters ?

AM I bad?.... The water pump on my tractor went today and my head was in there all day. I didn't have time to do anything.
If it were my cart, I would replace the VR. That's all there is. radicalgolfcarts had replaced 2 in one day on the other thread...Wonder why?
Where are the Club Car Pros?
