Very...VERY good Illustration!!!

But, I've checked the clearance on ALL sides of the tires, OF both sides of the cart, while turning left... and NOTHING is touching or binding!

I still think it's because of the wider stance, and the steering originally wasn't designed for that!...

I still feel, that the wider stance, is causing the steering to turn too far...

and that I just need to get a different lift!!!!
(or... pull the $80 2" spacers off!)

I guess, the only thing I can say is...

ANYBODY...

put a pair of 2" spacers on the front of your Club Car... and you'll see the problem I'm having!

I love the way it looks... but if anybody else drives my cart... and turns left...

they're going to come to a skidding stop, and fly though the windsheild!
(and tear up the front end doing it!)

Nope...

It's been winter here in Wisconsin for the last 5 months, with record snowfalls!
About a month ago, I brought it home, but it's just kind of been sitting there in the garage...
looking pretty...

Although Yesterday, it was 43 degrees and sunny,
and, I got eagar to put on the "Performance Exhaust" that I just got from CPP!
The header, and muffler are on, now today I'm going to put the Jet in the carb!

so, I'll see if I have time to jack the front up, and see whats really happening!

Thanks for reminding me!

Oh... I can drive it safely... just go fast... straight ahead! LOL!
During camping season, sometimes I'll let someone else take my cart to go get more beer...
that'll kind of worry me if I don't get the steering taken care of soon!

I'm laughing because last week I put a 3" Jakes spindle on my Carryall on top of the 3" Z that it already had when I got it...Well I turned hard left and
(you guessed it) The wheel locked and the steering gears came apart so that my wheel would go around and around. I had a load of landscape bark on it too so had to disonnect and push it to where we needed to dump.
I will be putting some stops on it this week! After I finish the rear lift today....

My cart with a 6" spindle and 22's used to do that. But it was rubbing on the frame when it locked up. Had to back up to free em.

The Carryall has an extra Ibeam front to rear ( 4 total) And one ends right under the floor where it turns to firewall. That is where is rubbed but the extra 3" eliminated that problem.
