You may want to register at a few paragliding sites and get a starting point on the jetting for warmer weather. They seem to run those Rotax engines exclusivly.

I don't know if it will solve it but at least you will be back at square one. Have you asked these questions on a Rotax forum? There are not to many people here that run those engines.

I had the same problem, it was my plug wires were not seated correctly into the housing end not the end cap. the clip that holds them in place fell off and were causing poor performance.
