Re: 95 cc losing power 48v system
I checked the connection again & retested the batterys again total pack is 50.6 1st battery 8.48 2nd 8.48 3rd 8.49 4th 8.49 5th 8.49 & 6th 8.49 volts but this cart still just about stop going up a slight grade. I have a 36v ez go that will walk all over this thing with 5 year old batterys. There is a black box mounted to the frame rail under the accelorator pedal,is that the speed control? and could that be my problem? How do you check it? it has a mycro switch with 2 wires & 3 other wires coming out of it.:help

Re: 95 cc losing power 48v system
That is a potentiometer. Check the out put at the pot. and at the controller. It should be 0-5k ohms on a '95 CC.

Re: 95 cc losing power 48v system
Check the 2 that go to the controller's throttle input. Check your wiring diagram for colors

Re: 95 cc losing power 48v system
I checked between the yellow & purple wires for 0 to 5k ohms but something just aint right I must be doing something wrong I get nothing? My meters good but unless im doing it wrong I get nothing. I replaced the solienoid for the hahas but it still slow. The local cc dealer said it could be the obc or controller but with out taking it to him he couldnt say. He said it could even be the pot box but they didnt have the on that fit it, I still dont see how this cart would even move if im not showing nothing own my meter with it hooked up. Any help?
