Zone cart reliability??
Just wondering if anyone has first hand experience with zone carts and reliability. I know there are as many aftermarket accessories available but the market is flooded with them after the tax credit. Seems I can get a nearly new 2010 for the price of a 6 or 7 year old ez go. Any thoughts?????

Re: Zone cart reliability??
In 2 months, after the last carts are delivered to the poor saps who waited 12 months for delivery, and DE shuts it's doors, where will these carts get parts and service?
I could be wrong, but I doubt it.... |

Re: Zone cart reliability??
I would pay more for the 6-7 year old cart. The stock 4 passenger I drove road and rattled worse than my cart with 26" tires.

Re: Zone cart reliability??
I got my Zone cart on July 1st and havn't had any problems with it. My brother inlaw is a fork truck mechanic and has the Curtis hand held programer for the controller. I have the Delta Q charger in mine and have not had a problem. Most of the parts are the same as the Star Car if Drive Electric goes out of business. Its the first golf cart I've owned. The wife and kids have fun on it.

The second statement reinforces my concern about the first one, LOL. Maybe the Star parts WILL fit. |
