G9 bogging at full throttle!!
it just never ends!!!i am still waiting for new air filter and i am replacing fuel filter tomorrow..and just got done replacing spark plug.. So i still have to pull choke out to start no matter if its warm or not..but now if i am pushing gas pedal up to 2/3's down it runs fine but if i push further it bogs down and takes a minute to catch back up and then kinda just chugs..until i let up on gas pedal..And it also sounds like its revving way to high like its about to blow!!! I dont know..but i wish i knew a little more about motor!!!! :(

Re: G9 bogging at full throttle!!
You need to determine if you are over reving and hitting the limiter.
There are different styles but get one of these and check your RPMs. I've used one for years and the good thing about them is, if something spins this will determine RPMs, even electric motors. http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Briggs-Strat...item2eb61c9c2a |
