What Year and model do i have?
the number is JF8-401498. Has new batteries but no go. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 36 volt only on one side of relay/selinoide/starter/ what ever you call it. 2 red wires, 1 to batteries 1 to shift switch. Shouldn't i have on both sides with switch on?
