Wink What is that buz

Just bought an old Harley electric golf cart. 75 or so I think. Seems to work good. Have not owned a golf cart before. Makes a buz or squeal at start out.... Im guessing this is normal... What is it?

Does it sound like arc welding?

Could be arcing speed wiper contacts.
