g14 runs slow when cold
just got a g14 and its acting up when cold when you first start is it has to be choked then it spits, pops at throttle up and throttel release when throtteled up it runs about half speed for a few minets then pow it wakes up and runs fine no more spits no pops and full speed ahead at that point it runs fine until it cools back down then the same thing

Its kind of normal, make sure the airbox is on/together tight. You can open the idle mix screw a little more if it has one (on side of carb not at top) maybe 1/4 to 1/2 turn more. Most carts I been on in winter you have to choke them for a minute or so of running or they don't run well. I idle mine up in neutral for about 30 sec and it works a lot better, but my carb was jetted too. Now I changed the engine but this one does about the same thing in the cold.
