Those are good points Sho but I will add that EZGO's strip rear hubs quite often.

I know a lot about yamaha, not as much about the others....I actually don't know it all

But yes heard of it but was not sure how often. They spline or press the hub on the axle right? And they strip out I read.

Go find the yamaha timeline page, it is listed in the stickies above in this section. It shows all the carts, the higher the number the newer more or less. But the newest are the Drive carts. They have some issues with the clutches had some recalls, personally I have not seen any of them yet. The newer carts have the 357cc engine and it was the most powerful, Plowmans has a kit for it too, makes 15hp or something. Most carts are 9-10hp. There are some parts out there for drive carts now.
