Dash Rivets and body repair order?!

I'm about ready to start putting my EZGO together!! I need to attach the dash, then run the wiring harness, and then I think the body! I see EZGO sells a body rivet kit, but to my knowledge, this doesn't include the dash rivets....so does anyone know what size these are? I thought about running to home depot to get the dash going today, so does anyone know what size rivets those are for the dash?





Lastly - here is the current state of the cart.....



My understanding is that I want to go in the following order, and just want someone to confirm for me my order of operations is correct.

1. Attach dash.
2. Run wiring harness
3. Attach front cowl
4. Attach rear cowl.
5. Run charging port.
6. Put on rocker panels
7. Put on step mat
8. Put on silver metal pieces that I assume hold mat down??

I think my main concern was that mat....I believe its only held on by those silver pieces on the side, but i just want some confirmation I'm doing it right!
