91 marathon series cart very slow on take off???
I have been working on a 91 marathon series cart, have hanged wires to 4 gauge, cleaned f&r switch, cleaned all terminals, had motor checked and cleaned, and cart is still slow on take off. Even going up a very slite grade to get in shop, it will go up but you can feel its got a load, but does about 10-12 mph on top end. All batterys test good with 6v battery tester. Have charged batterys twice with total charge 3 charger cart came with and only get 37.5 volts. Charger puts out 43.5 tough. Any help is appreciated.
