Not only that but I would say that Most of the problems here turn out to be either a bad battery or a bad cable connection to the batteries. Also, bad batteries lead to other failures because the voltage sags so much when you try to drive the cart.

Ok batteries charged and getting 36 volts to key switch!what should I get at pedal and what am I testing at pedal two wires going into what looks like a push button when pedal is pushed! Thanks again guys also found original key switch all together and should I get a click at pedal when pressed to move forward!

pedal switch wires will be red and brown. one has pack B+ 36v when key is on, other has pack B+ when pedal is pressed.

Ok have 30. Volts when pedal pressed and 30 volts at all times so no 36 volts but have 36 across board!

is there a way I can test motor? And also would the controller be one of the
Last things to check? Also have a parts g-16 will motor work if motor is junk on g-8 a lot of parts r the same a-arms some trim stuff few other minor stuff!

if axle is the same, motor will work. im still thinking its the mis-matched inputs (30v) or wiring somewhere myself.

Ok like said put new forward reverse switch! Double checked that and seems to be good gonna goe threw again and check everything! Also how can I test motor to make sure it is good! Thanx again

Also did new batterie wires and all that good stuff so if have too will double check everything!thanx
