Clutch Issues
Guys,
I have noticed when riding my cart (2006 EZGO TXT Gas) that sometimes the transition from slow speed to high is very smooth and other times it feels like it is shifting into second gear and then sometimes is does not transition at all and feels like it is stuck in low gear. I have a new belt on the cart and also have a spare clutch on another engine if needed. I would like to know what could be causing this and what are the most common things that need to be rebuilt. I would like to completely rebuild my spare clutch and then install it. Just have never done one and would like some tips on where to start and what you guys might recommend? Thanks Carlo |

Put the cart in neutral and run it wide open and watch the belt it should rise to the top of the primary and sing to the bottom of the second clutch smoothly and report back with what it does
