Default wiring up lights

so for my next dumb question, how do i go about wiring up some lights on my 2009 yamaha. can i just wire them to one battery or do i need to do something else?

If you want that battery to suffer a early death. Otherwise get a DC converter that makes 12v from 48v.

ok so what gives??? i just googled dc converters and the price range is stupid ridiculous!!! what is the difference ??? the price range was from $5.00 to $1354.00 WTF!!!

No other major problems. But standard incandescent bulbs will vary in brightness as the gas pedal is pressed and the load changes on the batteries. Lights will get dimmer when under full load.

ok i understand and when i do get around to the lights they will be LED any way. why would you use anything else on an electric cart anyway,just would not be smart to use more power then you need to use!!!

Well, in my experience, the "55w lightbulb kits" are brighter than the cheap led kits. That's one reason.

makes sense and you get what you pay for so if you are going to use LEDs use good ones !!
