It's a 1990 I believe. The I tag was removed long ago. It has the two seat backs

I just finished my cart and it's an LSV, title and registration in hand, (Complete Thread Below.) I purchased a FOLDING AS5 certified windshield from CartPartsPlus.com, one of the sponsors. Call them and ask for Tom. I'm sure your requirements calls for a AS5 windshield but I'm sure it doesn't say 1 piece. That windshield can be a low windshield used in coupes, like the size of a fold down in a fold down position. Good luck with whatever choice you go with. The price for the fold down was under $120, Lexan AS5.

By the way, I used to live in Westland Michigan way back in the early 70's and originally from Dearborn Heights.

Thanks scubabud....Michigan is in the proccess of changing some of the rules. I was told by the State Police (who had just attened a seminar regarding LSV) that the windshield needed to be one piece. But like you said the low ones used on carts with now roof are for all practical purposes one piece. So what's the difference?

I read through that thread and saw the part about the two piece you used.

I just don't want to have to jump through too many hoops to get this done.

I've been in Westland my whole life (43 now). I would like to move but the economy is in such bad shape here that I can't right now.

I hear ya about hoops... I believe CCP can still get you that one piece as well. Just make sure that your receipt states Lexan 1 piece AS5 windshield! They also have, as well as other sponsors here, retractable seat belts.
