It's like Christmas all over again! The TXT48 convsersion with Admiral B4 motor is the same system I'm running in my personal 2008 PDS. I think you will like it

On my 84 EZGO electric cart I removed the batteries, removed the old coil resistors, removed the motor. Took motor apart, sanded and cleaned commutator, inspected brushes, and broke old insulators on the studs. Ordered more insulators and fiber washers for studs. Sanded and wire brushed battery trays in prep for painting. Prepping cart for my conversion kit which is on its way from Carts Unlimited!!!

I cleaned the filthy wheels.

The previous owners took great care of this cart by keeping it in a garage, but it looks like they never cleaned the wheels since it was new.

I have no wax or tire "dressing" with me, so I just did a quick clean of the outsides and insides - please don't roast me for them not being fully detailed :)

Replaced the broken hinge on the windshield then polished it using Novus and an orbital polisher/buffer to crystal clear. Cut the old hinge off with a table saw then had to use a router to cut a groove for the hinge I used. If you've never used Novus, this stuff works great for removing light scratches.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try this instead of replacement hopefully with good results.
