Well, what happens is when someone has a problem and they do the right thing and do a search instead of starting a new thread, you come up with the same problem and a possible solution. If several posts were made about a specific problem and all chime in and then the "fix" is found it is dis-heartening to those with that problem to not be in on the "fix". So they re-open the old post or have to start a new one and in this case 3 years of comments are all lost. I suppose the guy was happy to get his cart running and forgot about the rest of the then and future guys who might be trying to solve the same problem. That is all I am saying.
