I broke my fuse holder and I put like a 10amp back and its been a year now.

I was thinking 10 amp also. Hopefully have some time tomorrow to pull wire apart and clean the connections.

I cleaned all the connections, the relay is clicking when the gas pedal is depressed, does that mean the relay is bad?

By relay you mean solenoid?If so, you need to test if your getting 12 volts at the other big connection when you hit the pedal.If you aren't, I'd think it's bad.If you are, then keep looking.
