Your right Spriddle Thats usally what I tell customers they want the cart lifted with lots of speed, as soon as you lift it the steering changes and sway

I forgot to mention the suspension was modified on that red cart for high speed.

Actually I was just commenting on a windsheild which I would think might cause the cart to sway somewhat at high speeds if the windshield was fully raised. But yes, usually the higher you go with a cart the more unstable these carts get without some type of suspension mod.
