Caution!!!!!!!
Do Not Polish Any of your Aluminum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no matter how dull it is It will lead you to a path of maddness Picked up a new toy!!!Body had some scratches and aluminum was alittle dull and dirty from the overspray on the cart floor mats ect over the past 5 years. No big deal.Cart is for wife to use as work cart around the house and garden and into the woods. So I come across a new black body so I BUY IT.No big deal right?? But you cannot have a new body w/o new tires and ss hub caps right?? You got it bought them to So i go ahead and put everything together and I used steelwooll to clean the Aluminum up and alittle never dull to polish. Cart looks great (my.02) Then it happens A friend that I called awhile back stops over to drop off some cleaners for the carts and cars. And remarks how great the cart looks except you guessed it the Aluminum.Looks nice but not great doesn't have the mirrior finish! So he goes to the truck and comes back and starts buffing and polishing.Minutes later its has the chrome mirrior like finish So lets just say I have a list of pads and cleaners and polish coming Thursday to finish up the cart!!! Anyone else do this madness. Looks like i have to get another cart for the wife to use!!! |
