Battery died on my bike speedometer this a.m. Popped in a new one and good for another year I guess.

What kind of glue did you use to fix the magnet on the wheel?
Is it still holding? For how long? Today I receive my speed from the GPS but would be interested to install such a detector. |

To answer to myself,
 , I can use an inductive or even capacitive sensor and use a small wheel weight ...Do you see any trouble having a small weight? I have never seen a golf cart with weight to balance the wheels... What is the reason? |

Bump There is a pic on page 4 of my set up. P.S You can see it has been on there for 3 years but I did have to replace the battery at one point

P.S. Put a new battery in 2016 and haven't had to do anything else since. Despite someones negative review mine is still working fine.
