It's like 90 degrees outside and sunny. I'm in florida. So that also means it could be raining in 15 minutes then Sunny 5 minute after that.

So with 4 adults on it, it rides fine and takes bumps okay but any flex or a very hard bump it rubs just a little. I dont want to get hd shocks unless i have no other choice.

If I cut here I believe that will take care of it. Any opinions?

We had some nice weather it has hit 80 here, but this weekend it was ok sat when I was at work soon as I got home and ate dinner it started rain and wind and will not stop today. Feels like a ripoff, but it is typical spring here.

Yes looks like you will need to cut that back. It is common for yamaha to have interference in the rear bumper area and the end of the rocker. Looks like that clears the rocker but check under load.

Oh those are 23s maybe that is why, 22s fit most ok but over that you have to start changing things. However if I did a cart again I would go large as I could. My 22 do measure 23 tall. I can just get my finger between the rear bumper mount and tire, I had to cut the rocker end off, but that is a G9.

The rocker seems to be clear. I belive it's the extra metal on the bumper bracket that's touching I'll have to ride it again with load to be sure. If I do end up having to cut the rockers, what's the procedure? Cut it diagonal to the tire? Or shave it the whole length across the bottom?

The rocker I just cut the same angle it was or close as mine was angled, smooth it off so nothing is sharp, then I painted the end again. Before you cut note any brackets/etc behind it so you cut in right spot. Mine has a tab right where I cut if I would have cut more I would have hit it. But mine was hitting if I stood on the rear bumper, yours looks a lot better and your cart is different model than mine. I had a big air grinder with a chop saw blade on it, it was fun times. Cut my crank off the clone with that too, huge shower of sparks and caveman noises included. Also used a little 4" grinder with a cutting wheel on it.

Without the inner fenders, the engine compartment will receive every bit of mud/dirt/water tossed off of the tires. It gets dirty enough when they're there...

I don't plan to remove inner fenders. Just the extra piece of metal that sticks out from the bumper.

In your pics, it appears that the inner fenders are missing.
