Club car ds
I have a 99 club ds I'm having steering issues I have changed the steering rack but when I drive it is all over the road, could it be the wheel bearings.

Re: Club car ds
Or ball joints or king pins... Jack up the front end and see whats loose. Helps to take the front cowl off, then you can see the complete steering system.

Re: Club car ds
Tie rod ends and incorrect alignment can also cause it to be all over the road. Same with the drag link rod and ends.
Something is likely loose, there isnt much to this steering system. It's pretty simple. Look underneath and have someone lightly turn the wheel back and forth until you find what is moving (and shouldn't be) |

Check your toe in. 1/2inch is good.
