LED light controller and Bluetooth switch sounds like someone's add on.

Headlight switch could be factory, could be aftermarket. Probably runs off 12v though.
Do I need them? I'm running new LED headlights that will work on a dash switch.

Need what?
Lights are extra on a golf cart. Now if your running it on the road, maybe your local laws require them.

Yea just leave them disconnected. The only odd thing that needs to be connected is the reverse buzzer.
