You might want to put the cart on jack stands and run the revs up and down to observe how the clutches are working. You can usually see by doing this if something is not right.

Great idea. It's at the body shop getting painted this week. As soon as I get it back I'll do that.

Just put it in neutral and you will be able to do the same thing.
