Default G29 drive quit running momentarily

Was riding my g29 the other night cruising a steady speed and the engine quit. I pushed the petal a few times and it started working again. This has happened a few times and don't wanna be stranded. Any ideas where to start looking would be greatly appreciated

Gas pedal start/stop switch. Read up on the restore tricks for it, or buy new.
