Default Lifted club car worn intake hose FIX

If you own a lifted gas club car you most likely have inverted the position of your snubber mount in order to return the motor as close to "level".. Consequently your intake hose most likely rubs on the nice plastic box club car has provided for your throttle assembly, fuses, solenoid, etc.. Eventually this may cause some issues down the line, specifically a hole from rubbing on this plastic box.

I have seen a few solutions, but want to offer my solution as an option to buggies members.

I have created a 45° intake manifold maintaining the same dimensions as the factory verision. I will be 3D printing a few prototypes in the coming week.

Additionally, I plan to test a couple out over the next 2 weeks. If all shakes out, the solution will be made available for purchase.*If you are interested in the prototype, please p.m. me to discuss specifics.

Attached are a few 3D models. Hope to have this as a permanent solution, let me know if you see any issues.

thats fine, just figured i would reach out and let you know I was interested in one. I've done two of the same lift, one on a DS and one on a carryall and its way more twisted and bent on the carryall this time than it was on my old DS

Brad, any chance you could send me the file for this intake piece? my buddy has a 3d printer and said hed be willing to print one for me. I don't want to put you out or anything, just figured I'd ask. I'm not sure how all that stuff works but it may be easier than you having to print one and mail it. Having said that I know its your design so if you're more comfortable with just printing one and me paying you for it, thats perfectly fine with me. I know you mentioned being busy so sorry if I seem like I am annoying about it

I never heard anything back from this guy, but if anyone makes one or gets the file I am still down for purchasing one! I don't have a 3d printer so the file wouldn't do me much good. I've made a custom intake hose but its not as clean and I think its still going to wear through
