new to me cart project
I got a project cart the other day, old 1988 with a 2pg motor In it, from a charcoal kiln, it's where they take scrap wood and burn it to make charcoal for everything from bbq grills to filters. they soon discovered that you can't keep a gas twostroke golf cart running in that very dusty conditions and got a electric one instead, but they had sent it off to have it "rebuilt" well after taking the motor apart I discovered many things so here have a look
for those of you in the know, that's a 3pg piston in a 2pg cart, skirt ports are totally wrong good looking crankshaft eh? going back together this is a special tool to tighten the bases on two strokes, it requires some math to find the correct torque, I got it when my son was racing motorcross and was also rebuilding some bikes on the side I got it with the motor out, cylinder off of it, and three boxes of parts, and some parts that don't belong ot it |
